Kids update Summer 2015

This blog was supposed to be about our kids, right?!?  Ha ha.  Lately it's been more about our adult adventures and races.  Whoops.

So photos of us from the summer are posted below.  Highlights for the girls recently include:
- Having Grandma, Nana, Pops and Aunt Karen all visit
- planting in the garden and watching things grow
- watching the hot air balloons outside our house almost every morning
- camping
- hiking
- Rachel learning to play t-ball and working on throwing, catching and batting
- Rachel learning to read and sound out new words
- Ava learning to ride the strider bike
- Rachel spending a lot of time riding her bike with pedals and getting much more independent
- Nana teaching Rachel how to knit independently
- Ava turning 2 years old on July 5
- lots of focus on coloring
- starting to play together and share more all the time
